This marbled ebony is very rare. I received a lot of it in an ebony shipment from my good friends in Kerala, India. I thought it was very low quality wood until I thicknessed it and saw the amazing patterns and noted the uniform strength and hardness. I now keep it for this model and special orders.To see a picture of the back click here.
